What You Will Do
- Collaborate with your team to manufacture components in line with the production plan, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Follow all site and group Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Apply all training received and actively support the site’s safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards or unsafe practices.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong commitment to achieving results and delivering excellent service to internal customers.
- Key traits: integrity, trust, action-oriented, and a team player.
- No direct reports, but the ability to influence and inspire others as we continuously improve product quality.
- Desirable: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above).
