Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Status: Non-exempt | 20–25 hours per week
Pay Rate: $31/hour
Reports To: Nurse Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and culturally aware Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team in providing high-quality primary and preventive healthcare to a diverse, uninsured population. You’ll work collaboratively with medical practitioners and nurses in a supportive and respectful care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health needs and dietary patterns
- Counsel patients on nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Create culturally appropriate, cost-effective meal plans
- Evaluate and modify meal plans based on patient progress
- Provide individual and group education on nutrition-related disease prevention and management
- Document education and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate as part of a treatment team on care plans and referrals
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Up-to-date knowledge of nutritional science
- Experience in a multi-provider or hospital-based outpatient setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
