About this role
Your Key Responsibilities
- Adapt existing training materials to local market needs.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver technical training programs and workshops.
- Train technical service teams, sales staff, customers, and sales partners.
- Provide technical consulting and support on request and on a regular basis.
- Support service quality and warranty-related activities.
- Produce local technical content and online training materials.
- Deliver remote customer support and conduct field visits.
- Support fairs, events, and local cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of training tools, materials, and equipment.
- Improve training programs based on participant feedback.
- Support technical assistance activities and local warranty claim analysis.
- Coordinate quality assurance and complaint management.
- Analyze customer complaints to identify training needs. These responsibilities are directly reflected in the attached job description.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree in Automotive Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role within OES, IAM distribution, and/or garage environments .
- Strong practical automotive engineering experience.
- Experience in technical training, workshop support, or technical field service is highly relevant.
- Good PC skills, including MS Office .
- A customer-oriented and sales-supportive mindset.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, results-driven personality.
- Willigness to travel at leat 50% of the time.
- Fluency in the local language and business-level English , both written and spoken. These qualification requirements are based on the attached job description.
