As Team Lead Chemical Supply, Waste Management & Wastewater Treatment (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and future-oriented operation of these critical utility services at our Regensburg site.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

•    Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team responsible for chemical supply, waste management, and wastewater treatment operations
•    Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all related systems and continuously drive process improvements
•    Plan and coordinate staffing, resources, and shift schedules to support operational requirements
•    Oversee maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance activities, and compliance with legal and internal regulations
•    Serve as the key point of contact for customers, employees, and internal stakeholders on technical and organizational matters
•    Support budget planning, audits, training initiatives, and the ongoing development of the site

## Show your expertise

•    Degree in a chemical, environmental, or related technical discipline, or a technical qualification within the chemical industry combined with advanced professional training (e.g., Chemical Technician or Master Craftsman)
•    Several years of professional experience in facility management, utility systems, waste management, environmental engineering, or comparable technical operations
•    Initial leadership experience combined with strong organizational and communication skills
•    Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality management systems, and technical operational processes
•    Structured, self-reliant working style with a strong customer and service orientation
•    Fluent German language skills and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
