About this role

Accountabilities:

- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on consistent revenue growth and strong execution.

- Establish and maintain a performance-driven, values-aligned sales culture with clear expectations and accountability.

- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market activities and improve the customer journey.

- Lead strategic and complex sales opportunities while building trusted relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

- Drive revenue performance by developing effective sales strategies and scaling the organization to support continued growth.

- Provide regular sales reporting, business insights, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to executive leadership and the board.

- Monitor sales analytics, pipeline health, and performance indicators to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

- Contribute to the evolution of the sales organization and go-to-market strategy in a fast-changing and highly competitive environment.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership position.

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and successfully scaling sales organizations.

- Experience in InsuranceTech sales is preferred, with an understanding of the insurance industry and its commercial dynamics.

- Deep expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market funnel, from demand generation and pipeline development through negotiation and close.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

- Ability to build relationships with senior customers and strategic accounts while personally contributing to high-value opportunities.

- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and making decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.

Benefits:

- Base salary targeted at $200,000–$215,000, with final compensation determined by factors including location, experience, expertise, and market conditions.
