About this role
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer value and expand the organization’s footprint within assigned accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and closing.
- Build qualified pipeline through proactive engagement with existing and prospective customer stakeholders.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts while supporting customer retention and long-term value.
- Establish meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and bridge engagement to executive-level decision-makers.
- Understand customer business and technology needs and collaborate with Sales Engineers to develop appropriate solutions.
- Present the value of the full suite of solutions to stakeholders across different organizational levels.
- Build trusted relationships across the broader sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Apple.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Use sales technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn Navigator to manage pipeline development and sales activity.
- Contribute to a collaborative sales culture by sharing insights, best practices, and customer knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role is required.
- At least 2 years of software sales experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of healthcare technology, medical technology, or biotechnology sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to carry a quota and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven ability to expand a technology portfolio within existing customer accounts while supporting retention.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling business and technology solutions.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem or SaaS sales is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is required, while a four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Applicants must be based in the United States and authorized to live and work in the U.S. with the required sponsorship status.
