About the Position
Were looking for a motivated, dependable Lube Technician to join our service team at our Ford dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
As a Lube Technician, youll perform routine maintenance and basic service work while working alongside experienced automotive technicians in a professional dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, and routine vehicle maintenance
- Inspect and check fluid levels, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components
- Perform tire rotations and basic tire inspections
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately
- Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools
- Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors and technicians
- Document work performed accurately on repair orders
- Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service

Qualifications
- Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift and handle automotive components and equipment
