- Responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if jackpot is valid.
- Obtains customer identification and completes appropriate forms.
- Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws.
- Provides excellent customer service to slot players by answering questions about the machines and other general inquiries.
- Advises floor supervisors of any high level customer service issues.
- Works with cage cashiers to cash out jackpots.
- Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
- Assists other floor attendants as necessary.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Must have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must have keen attention to detail.
- Must have strong team work skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
