Commercial Plumbing Lead Foreman — Touchton Plumbing Contractors, Inc.

Touchton Plumbing Contractors, Inc., a family-owned and operated company serving Jacksonville for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Lead Foreman to lead our crews on new construction projects. What You'll Do:

- Lead commercial plumbing installations from underground and rough-in through final trim-out and inspections

- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower to meet project schedules

- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and approved drawings to ensure accurate installations

- Work alongside your crew while providing direction, training, and quality oversight

- Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, project managers, and other trades

- Plan material and equipment needs to prevent delays and keep crews productive

- Track job progress, labor hours, and material usage using company systems

- Identify field conflicts and scope changes early and communicate them before proceeding

- Prepare for inspections and ensure work meets applicable plumbing codes

- Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and hold the crew accountable for company standards

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years of commercial new construction plumbing experience, including experience leading a crew

- Strong knowledge of underground, rough-in, and trim-out installations

- Ability to read blueprints, plan layouts, and troubleshoot field conditions

- Proven ability to organize work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

- Clear communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to developing team members

- Understanding of labor budgets, material planning, and jobsite productivity

- Comfortable using technology to document progress and track time and materials

- Journeyman plumbing license and OSHA training preferred

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license

- Reliability, professionalism, and ownership of your crew’s work
