What You'll Do

As a Retail Store Associate, you'll be the face of our store and play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Help shoppers find products and answer questions about merchandise
- Process purchases, returns, and transactions accurately
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Support daily store operations and merchandising initiatives
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
- Help create a positive, energetic shopping environment

What We're Looking For

- 0-1+ years of retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, food service, or related experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and customer focused
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Spring Valley, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
