What You'll Do

- Lead and support painters and apprentices
- Oversee multiple crews and residential job sites
- Maintain high standards for prep, painting, cleanliness, and property protection
- Train team members and help develop their skills
- Communicate with customers throughout their projects
- Coordinate materials and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with our production team to keep projects on track
