About this role
NurseCore is seeking an overnight weekends RN/LPN to provide one-on-one care in the patient’s home for a 7-month-old male . Recent hands-on experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is required, as all three skills are essential for this case.
Pay:
- $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
- LPN: $27/hour
- RN: $40/hour
Schedule:
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM - Saturday and Sundays
What You'll Do:
- Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
- Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes.
- Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently.
- Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore clinical team.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies , and ventilators .
- Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
- At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
- Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
- Negative TB test completed within the past year.
