About this role

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Priority Care Specialist to join our team for weekend coverage. In this vital role, you are responsible for maintaining continuity or care for consumers by providing direct coverage during emergency call- offs, caregiver no shows, or unstaffed shifts weekday and weekend operations.
Duties
Deliver care when needed
-Monitor visit activity through HHA Exchange
Performs follow up with caregivers who have not clocked in
- ensures real time coordination with the scheduling and on call teams during assigned coverage hours.
- This role plays a critical part in strengthening VFI reliability, protecting service delivery, and ensuring that consumers receive consistent, person - centered support even outside of traditional business hours.
Qualifications
Maximum 2 years experiencein home care, personal assistance, or a related field.
Must possess a valis driver's license and have the ability to travel frequently and flexibility.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectivley, and respond calmly to urgent situations.
Possess proficient communication skills( both oral and written)
Reliable, dependable, and strong problem solving skills.
