About this role

Provides diagnostic radiological procedures within scope of practice, including receiving and preparing patients and equipment for procedures and maintaining supplies for the diagnostic imaging department. Produces high quality radiographs with a minimum of repeats while handling multiple room assignments and different types of exams. Practices radiographic safety using "As Low As (is) Reasonably Achievable" (ALARA) concepts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required

- Additional registry in Computed Tomography, Mammography, and/or Bone Densitometry

- BLS certification

- Knowledge of HIPPA and Privacy Act

- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation

- Must be able to pass Osage Nation credentials and privileges requirements

- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics

- Requires a high level of problem solving skills

- Must maintain confidentiality at all times

- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs

- Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills

- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing

- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
