Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator to join our Neuro ICU team. This is a Part-Time Weekend position working Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm located at Baptist Medical Center (Downtown) Jacksonville, FL.
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Patient activities of daily living
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Certified Nursing Assistant Experience:
- None
Education:
- None required
- HSD/GED Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
