Job Description Summary
Location: Hybrid. CDMX

As Learning Project Management Associate Director, you’ll have the opportunity to transform business priorities into impactful learning experiences that strengthen sales capabilities and support key product launches. Working closely with Franchise, Marketing, and Sales partners, you’ll develop and execute learning solutions that prepare teams for success while helping cultivate the next generation of training talent. Your leadership will help build a culture of continuous learning and enable our teams to make a greater impact for customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop learning strategies that strengthen sales capabilities across assigned product areas and business priorities.
- Lead training plans that prepare commercial teams for successful product launches and ongoing execution.
- Partner with Franchise, Marketing, and Sales leaders to identify needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
- Translate business priorities into engaging learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence, and performance.
- Manage learning projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely execution.
- Mentor Product Trainers and support their continued growth as learning and commercial capability leaders.
- Develop high-potential sales talent and build a strong pipeline for future training opportunities.

Essential Requirements

- Experience developing and executing learning strategies that strengthen sales capabilities and commercial performance.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex learning projects, including training for product launches or strategic business priorities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders to develop learning solutions.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing training professionals and commercial talent.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
- University Degree required.
