About the Role

This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform, where you will own features end-to-end and work closely with product and design leadership to bring AI-powered capabilities to large organizations. Your work will directly shape how thousands of companies adopt and scale AI, making engineering craft and product thinking equally important here.

What You'll Do

- Build end-to-end solutions spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
- Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
- Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and user flows.
- Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer stints, shifting focus periodically to assist customers and the support team directly.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience in a full-stack capacity.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across both frontend and backend.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Demonstrated experience delivering full-stack product features end-to-end, from concept through production deployment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies and hands-on experience building AI-powered product features.
- Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers to shape and iterate on features.
- Background in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong CS fundamentals, ideally backed by a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Professional German proficiency is strongly preferred; exceptional candidates without it may still be considered.
- Compensation expectations within the stated salary range.
