Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-informed treatment based on each patients condition, goals, and functional needs
- Educate patients and families about treatment, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team
- Work collaboratively with therapists, assistants, and support staff
- Help patients make meaningful progress toward greater independence and quality of life
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- New graduates and experienced physical therapists are encouraged to apply
