# Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Emergency Services Float Pool . In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support all four of our metro-area hospitals , delivering high-quality, compassionate care across diverse ED settings.
Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45pm-7:15am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, patient-centered nursing care in fast-paced emergency departments.
- Adapt quickly to various clinical environments and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
- Support core values of Saint Luke’s: excellence, compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri and Kansas (or compact license).
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Willingness to float among multiple facilities based on staffing needs.
