We are seeking to hire a Light Duty Maintenance Tech. You will be responsible for small patch & paint jobs, lightbulb & ballast replacement, furniture moves/assembly, mounting whiteboards/frames/TVs and other miscellaneous plumbing/electrical/carpentry duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Prior maintenance experience is required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Salary: $25.00 - $27.50/hr
Hours: 20hrs/week, 6:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
