Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Activities may include:
- Managing day-to-day branch service operations
- Supporting client transactions
- Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
- Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
- Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
- Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
Career Specialization Definition
The Floating Teller role:
- Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
- Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
- May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
- Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.
- May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:
- Working under moderate supervision.
