About this role

Overview

As part of Strength and Conditioning Department, the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Specialist provides overall supervision/implementation of the strength and conditioning program for minor league players. Evaluates, motivates, and educates athletes in all aspects as it relates to performance enhancement and durability. Assists with nutritional evaluation for players at the assigned minor league affiliate club.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Daily communication with other Minor League S&C Specialists, Minor League Health Staff, Team Manager, and Coaches.

- Implement and oversee strength and conditioning program consistent with principles of Milwaukee Brewers Strength & Conditioning.

- Assist athletic trainers and rehab staff with any rehab programs.

The ideal candidate must have at minimum, a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaking required.
