Project Coordinator & Estimator – Amico Lights
Richmond Hill, ON

Our Amico Lights team is currently looking for a Project Coordinator & Estimator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage post sale customer communication and project coordination.

- Oversee projects from initiation through to final closure.

- Develop a thorough understanding of Amico product lines and support internal teams as required.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly.

- Manage and coordinate multiple orders and projects simultaneously.

- Prepare complete submittal packages required to release orders to production.

- Follow up with customers to obtain outstanding submittal information and approvals.

- Support the Sales team with quotations and estimating, including updating quotes to reflect product changes and revisions.

- Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional customer service.

- Prepare cost estimate revisions, change orders, and project extras as required.

- Coordinate in-house orders and develop and maintain project progress schedules.

- Provide ongoing support for day-to-day order and project activities.

- Coordinate internal project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.

- Liaise with the Shipping team to coordinate and ensure on-time project deliveries.

- Prepare project-specific wiring drawings and fixture ceiling layouts using AutoCAD.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

- Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,000
