We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to take ownership of the entire customer experience—from the initial write-up through final delivery.

Were looking for more than someone who can open repair orders. The right person communicates consistently, presents needed repairs confidently, works closely with technicians and parts, and makes sure every customer knows what is happening with their vehicle.

Compensation

- Percentage of Labor and Parts Gross

This is a real opportunity to build a strong income in an established Buick GMC service department—not an inflated income claim based on unrealistic numbers.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and accurately document their concerns

- Perform a professional vehicle walk-around

- Prepare repair orders and obtain proper customer authorization

- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently

- Provide customers with proactive, consistent status updates

- Review technician findings, digital inspections, photos, and videos

- Coordinate repairs with technicians, dispatch, and the parts department

- Set realistic expectations regarding repair timing and parts availability

- Follow up on declined work and outstanding customer decisions

- Ensure repair orders are complete and properly documented

- Review completed repairs and charges before vehicle delivery

- Handle customer concerns professionally and take ownership of their resolution

- Maintain strong CSI and customer-retention results

What Were Looking For

- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

- Familiarity with dealership management and digital inspection systems -

- Reynolds and Reynolds, Xtime experience - preferred

- Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, or other dealership experience is a plus

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to explain repairs without pressuring or confusing customers

- Comfortable presenting maintenance and repair recommendations

- Organized and able to manage multiple active repair orders

- Dependable, professional, and accountable

- Familiarity with dealership management and digital inspection systems -

- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
