Services Client Delivery Executive

Job Description The Services Client Delivery Executive (SCDE) is accountable for the overall success, growth, and profitability of assigned client portfolios. This role serves as the leader responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, strategic account expansion, operational governance, and financial performance. The SCDE acts as the primary liaison between the client and delivery organization, ensuring solutions are delivered according to contractual commitments while identifying opportunities to expand services and drive long-term client value. The role requires strong leadership, consultative relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to support complex engagements across multiple practices, geographies, and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, managed services, engineering services, IT services, or professional services delivery
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex client engagements
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and strategic customer relationships

This is a Permanent position based out of Vero Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
