About this role
What We're Looking For:
Academic Coaches who can support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects, including:
- Advanced Coursework: AP Literature, AP US History, AP World History
- Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE
The Academic Coach Experience:
- Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
- All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home
- A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
- Paid onboarding/training and shadowing with experienced coaches
- W-2 employment status
Requirements
What you should offer:
- Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
- Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
- Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
- Are available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
