About this role
Guide large-scale electrical construction work with executive responsibility for strategic direction and overall results. Lead project teams, strengthen client partnerships, and align execution plans with financial objectives to achieve successful delivery.
What you will do
- Provide senior-level direction and establish a clear strategy for executing major electrical projects.
- Direct and support project managers, site superintendents, and field leaders.
- Build productive client partnerships and maintain alignment on expectations and project outcomes.
- Evaluate project budgets, timelines, risk exposure, financial results, and delivery progress.
- Support purchasing decisions and coordinate planning for outside trade partners.
- Champion safe work practices, high-quality results, and efficient operations.
What you bring
- At least 10 years in leadership roles within electrical construction.
- Experience with major projects involving industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, data centers, or mission-critical environments.
- The ability to lead effectively and communicate clearly with clients and project teams.
- Applicable licensing obligations and jurisdictional criteria will be verified as part of the screening process.
Location: Plymouth, MI
Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
Employment: Full-Time W-2
