ISG is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused scheduler to join our Medical Management team. The No-Fault Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and related appointments while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating with a variety of individuals, and taking ownership of cases from assignment through successful appointment scheduling. Pay rate starts at $17.00 per hour, varying based upon experience and qualifications. ISG offers PTO, health insurance, and 401k plans to eligible employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, insurance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast paced environment.
