Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for executing clinical and commercial manufacturing operations, supporting aseptic manufacturing processes, and working in ISO 5, ISO 6, and ISO 7 cleanroom environments. You will follow strict aseptic technique procedures, review and complete batch records, manage production documentation, order and stage raw materials, schedule manufacturing activities, set up equipment, and prepare rooms. Additionally, you will maintain cGMP compliance and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical and commercial manufacturing operations.
- Support aseptic manufacturing processes.
- Work in ISO 5, ISO 6, and ISO 7 cleanroom environments.
- Follow strict aseptic technique procedures.
- Review and complete batch records (MBRs).
- Manage production documentation.
- Order and stage raw materials.
- Schedule manufacturing activities.
- Set up equipment and prepare rooms.
- Maintain cGMP compliance.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support manufacturing investigations and troubleshooting when needed.
- Work cross-functionally with QA and production teams.

Work Environment
You will work in a growing CDMO/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a small, highly collaborative team. The position offers a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime available but not mandatory. You will have the opportunity to support commercial manufacturing expansion and gain exposure to the full production lifecycle. This role offers direct interaction with quality assurance and production teams, providing visibility and opportunities for professional growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
