What You'll Do
- Entering the patients' demographics and insurance information into our Homecare Homebase electronic medical records system.
- Work closely with our scheduling team and support them when scheduling our clinical staff and help maintain, monitor patient and caregiver schedule to ensure compliance to physician orders, performed visits, and received documentation.
- Responsible for providing clerical support for the Nursing Supervisor.
- Field incoming telephone calls, assess importance and either handle the matter or refers to the appropriate resource.
What You'll Need
- Intake experience a plus
- Home Health experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Scheduling/Coordinating Employee scheduled a plus
- Medical Office experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
