Position Summary
Provision of admission services to potential patients and families consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of HIA Health. Provision of the initial patient admission and physical assessment for all patients being admitted to HIA Hospice Services. Identifies and coordinates initial medication and equipment needs and completes the initial plan of care for all admissions.
This position is Full-time, exempt, benefit eligible, and will be based out of our Fargo office location.
Pay Range: Starting at $34.67/hour (based on experience).

Qualifications
Education, Certificates and Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in ND and MN
- 3–5+ years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative care, or LTC preferred)
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
- Experience in hospice, home care, or end-of-life care
- Background in outreach, education, or healthcare marketing
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
