We are looking for a Logistics Technician to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Logistics Technician, youll be responsible for managing the loading and shipping of finished goods via truck and rail, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the organization and integrity of the finished goods yard and warehouse. This role is a key member of our Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Put safety first - always
Work as a team to drive our people first culture
- Unload inbound shipments safely, identify film codes and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate to include scanning product correctly. Report variances.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Participate in logistics-related project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Forklift experience
- Detail-oriented
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Experience in a warehouse / factory environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Minimum Qualifications:
Forklift certification and at least 2 years of experience operating a forklift
Familiarity with barcoding and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and time management
Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
