About this role

The Contract Recruiter will support a North American Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased recruiting volume and team coverage needs. This role manages a diverse portfolio of requisitions across general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, and corporate functions, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer. The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers, maintains strong candidate pipelines, and balances proactive sourcing with efficient management of candidates already in process. Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20 or more requisitions at a time, from role intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
- Recruit across multiple functions, including general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, mill work, and corporate roles such as sales and commercial functions.
- Support recruiting for technical roles in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical operations, without hesitation toward complex or specialized profiles.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on recruiting strategies and timelines.
- Schedule and conduct regular status meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline progress, gather feedback, and facilitate interview debriefs.
- Maintain strong candidate flow by proactively sourcing talent when pipelines are light and efficiently facilitating candidates already in process through interviews and feedback.
- Manage candidates through all stages of the recruiting workflow, ensuring accurate stage movement and timely communication in the applicant tracking system.
- Utilize Workday Recruiting and other applicant tracking systems to post jobs, manage requisitions, track candidates, and document recruiting activities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring teams, providing updates, managing expectations, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Organize and prioritize daily work in a fast-moving environment with limited ramp-up time, ensuring deadlines are met and requisitions receive appropriate attention.
- Apply strong process-management skills to maintain structured recruiting workflows, consistent follow-up, and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition team, including commercial and supply chain recruiters, to ensure alignment and coverage across functional areas.
- Adapt focus over time from sales and corporate recruiting toward supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering recruiting as business needs evolve.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track activity, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach while navigating shifting priorities and varying hiring demands.

Essential Skills

- Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, managing requisitions through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to effectively manage approximately 20 or more requisitions at once while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, ideally including general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, and mill work opportunities.
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflow and candidate stage management within an applicant tracking system.
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates when pipelines are light and to efficiently facilitate candidates already in process.
- Comfort partnering directly with hiring managers, including requesting recurring status meetings, feedback sessions, and interview debriefs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and process-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Workday Recruiting.
- Experience working with major applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with limited ramp-up time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or technical operations roles.
- Prior corporate recruiting experience.
- Background that includes both agency and corporate recruiting, bringing a well-rounded perspective on recruiting strategies and stakeholder management.
- Experience with commercial recruiting, including sales and corporate functions.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes for U.S.-based roles.

Work Environment This role supports a North American Talent Acquisition team with primary recruiting responsibilities for U.S.-based positions. The initial weeks will focus more heavily on sales and corporate functions recruiting, followed by a transition into supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering recruiting as needs shift. The recruiter collaborates closely with the commercial recruiter, who provides day-to-day guidance and developmental support, and may also work with the supply chain recruiter and broader Talent Acquisition leadership. The position is based in the Neenah, Wisconsin area, with a hybrid schedule of approximately two to three days onsite per week depending on location, and the remaining time worked remotely. Work is performed using Workday Recruiting, other major applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office tools in a professional, fast-paced environment that values collaboration, responsiveness, and structured processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
