Chart audits to ensure the Resident's Physician Orders are current and match the medications in the medication cart. Audits to ensure the Incident Reports are completed and interventions occur if needed. Med Delegation class for new employees.
Maybe asked to go to multiple buildings to review processes.
Qualifications
Senior Housing experience a must. Positive attitude and willingness to teach employees who require hands on experience.
