About this role
Accountabilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against established, domain-specific quality standards and rubrics.
- Assess outputs for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, completeness, consistency, and relevance to Data Quality and CRM Operations.
- Identify errors or weaknesses in content, formatting, aesthetics, structure, and presentation.
- Apply professional judgment and subject-matter expertise to determine whether AI-generated work meets expected quality standards.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
- Review a variety of AI-generated work products while maintaining consistency and attention to detail across assignments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data Quality, CRM Operations, or a closely related field.
- Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex work products against defined criteria.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify factual, visual, formatting, and presentation issues.
- Ability to provide concise, structured, and constructive written feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment and managing assignments with limited supervision.
- An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
