About this role

Accountabilities:

- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow IRM projects, including implementation, evolution, and ongoing support.

- Organize, prioritize, and distribute activities across the technical team while applying ServiceNow best practices.

- Translate business requirements related to risk, controls, audit, and compliance into effective technical solutions.

- Design and implement solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.

- Plan and architect project sprints based on user stories and priorities using Scrum methodologies.

- Support the team with ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and solution implementation.

- Develop and automate processes, approval workflows, controls, indicators, and notifications.

- Configure risk profiles, entities, controls, tests, evidence, issues, and action plans.

- Develop integrations and APIs using RESTful concepts and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance, support problem-solving, and drive continuous improvement of delivered solutions.

- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and alignment with ServiceNow standards and recommended practices.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, functional consulting, architecture, information security, risk, audit, and compliance.

- Participate in customer meetings and contribute to technical and functional discussions related to IRM.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or Technical Consultant.

- Practical experience implementing, enhancing, or supporting ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, auditing, and compliance processes.

- Experience with one or more IRM components, such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Regulatory Change Management.

- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.

- Experience with integrations, REST APIs, workflow automation, and related technologies.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.

- Ability to make technical decisions, provide guidance, and support the development of other team members.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

- Strong leadership, organization, ownership, and delivery-management capabilities.

- Advanced English is desirable for international projects.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

- Additional qualifications that may strengthen the profile include ServiceNow CIS – Risk and Compliance certification or another IRM-related certification.

- Experience delivering end-to-end IRM implementation projects.

- Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 31000, SOX, COSO, and NIST.

- Experience with SecOps and integrations between IRM, information security, and other ServiceNow modules.

- Fluent English, advanced Spanish, or a postgraduate degree/MBA in Technology, Information Security, Risk, Audit, or a related field are additional advantages.
