The purpose of this role is to provide talent acquisition expertise throughout the full life-cycle recruitment process, focusing on identifying candidates and establishing professional relationships to meet talent needs of business towers supported. The role aims to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective recruitment service aligned with business requirements and the wider People strategy, ensuring value addition and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate recruitment strategies by communicating with executives and senior leaders, monitoring organisational change, and understanding talent needs.
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified talent by using the most optimal and innovative sourcing channels.
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment by setting search strategy, sourcing candidates with support from sourcing team, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating hiring processes.
- Collaborate with external recruiting firms, communicate organisational needs, negotiate service level agreements, and manage recruitment process timelines.
- Provide support to achieve positive results, drive the people agenda, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Moderate relevant experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Recruiting experience in an OFCCP environment in the insurance or financial services industry.
- People generalist or People business partner experience.
- Track record of successfully understanding and interpreting customer needs for recruitment.
- Delivering high-quality services to internal customer satisfaction.
- Successfully using a range of assessment and selection techniques.
- Recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience of developing and managing competency-based assessment and selection activities.
- Moderate recruitment experience ideally from within a large, complex organisation.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
