About this role
• Minimum 6 years hands-on Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation experience
• At least 2 full end-to-end implementations from Discovery through to go-live and hypercare. At least one of them preferably in the utilities industry.
• Demonstrated experience across the full OFS configuration lifecycle including activity management, routing and scheduling, mobility, inventory management and digital forms
• Integration experience connecting OFS to Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle WACS and third party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Experience producing Foundation Design Documents, Fit-Gap Registers, configuration workbooks and integration specifications to delivery standards
