Core Responsibilities *Lead three operational teams day-to-day, ensuring every function delivers accurate, timely, and compliant outputs. *Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls and audit requirements. *Own and report on SLA and KPI performance, identifying gaps early and driving corrective action before issues escalate. *Act as the final escalation point for complex issues spanning procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, and finance systems. *Build and develop your team- from analysts to senior subject matter experts - through coaching, performance reviews, and structured development plans. *Present clear, concise operational reports to Senior Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. *Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload. *Ensure all operations meet internal audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements — a non-negotiable in the medical industry. *Serve as the main point of contact for internal business partners, finance controllers, IT teams, and external vendors on operational matters. *Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery across all teams. *Support transition, training, knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities. *Prepare operational reports, analyse performance trends and recommend improvement actions. Required Experience: *5- 7 years in Finance Shared Services, BPO, or Accounts Payable operations — ideally in a regulated or medical/healthcare environment. *1-3 years of people leadership or supervisory experience. *Fluent in English & Chinese Preferred Skills & Experience *Solid hands-on background in one or more of: invoice processing, accounts payable, employee expense management, or procurement support. *Comfortable working with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or Concur. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting. *Experience managing operations against defined service levels, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements. *Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. *Understanding of internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements relevant to finance operations (SOX or similar frameworks is an advantage). *Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools. *Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline preferred. *Experience in healthcare industry is a bonus Malaysia Enterprise Operations Professional PETALING JAYA, MY (0088) IBM Malaysia Sdn.
