As a Business Transformation Consultant for Industry Transformation, you will advise clients on products and solutions to solve problems in various industry segments, leveraging your broad knowledge of the industry and deep understanding of clients' businesses. You will utilize your expertise to drive business transformation and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Client Solutions: Advise clients on products and solutions tailored to their specific industry segment needs, drawing on your knowledge of industry trends, market directions, and key players. • Develop Transformation Strategies: Apply your expertise in Core to Cloud transformation and industry reference models to develop comprehensive transformation strategies for clients. • Leverage IBM Portfolio: Utilize your broad understanding of IBM's portfolio, including ISVs and IBM Solution areas, to identify and recommend relevant solutions for clients. • Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, applying your knowledge of Domain Driven Design principles. • Deliver Industry Insights: Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations on industry trends and best practices, leveraging your deep knowledge of the industry. • Industry Trends Knowledge: Deep expertise in industry trends, market directions, and key players, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop tailored solutions for clients. • Core to Cloud Transformation: Experience with Core to Cloud transformation, including the development of comprehensive transformation strategies for clients. • IBM Portfolio Understanding: Broad understanding of IBM's portfolio, including ISVs and IBM Solution areas, with the ability to identify and recommend relevant solutions for clients. • Industry Reference Models: Experience with industry reference models, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective transformation strategies. • Domain Driven Design: Certification in or experience with Domain Driven Design principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop solutions that meet client needs. • Deep Industry Knowledge: Experience with industry-specific challenges, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to develop tailored solutions for clients. • Advanced Domain Driven Design: Certification in or extensive experience with Domain Driven Design principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop complex solutions that meet client needs. • Comprehensive IBM Portfolio: In-depth understanding of IBM's portfolio, including ISVs and IBM Solution areas, with the ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions for clients.
