About this role

Accountabilities:

- Define, implement, and maintain consistent national Project Controls standards across all regional operations.

- Analyze regional performance data to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Lead initiatives designed to reduce errors, improve cycle times, and optimize resource utilization across the Project Controls support function.

- Serve as the Project Controls representative and primary point of contact for the Opportunity-to-Award workflow associated with new programs.

- Ensure effective handoffs and onboarding of new programs into established Project Controls processes, systems, and standards.

- Lead recurring training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and best-practice discussions across regional Project Controls teams.

- Develop a strong pipeline of future Project Controls leaders through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

- Serve as a senior escalation point for operations leadership and Project Controls management.

- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as required.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Project Controls, administrative leadership, operational leadership, or a related field.

- 5+ years of people leadership experience.

- 3+ years of experience working directly with executive-level leadership, such as Vice Presidents or Presidents.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide.

- Strong commitment to safety and the expectation of maintaining a zero-incident mindset.

- Strong customer-centric approach and alignment with organizational mission, values, and goals.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong time management, accountability, organization, and prioritization skills.

- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented capabilities.

- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to drive desired outcomes through collaboration.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strategic and forward-thinking mindset combined with strong business and financial acumen.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to build trust, develop talent, and lead teams through standardization and organizational change.
