About this role
Overview: Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from concept to delivery. You will drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, and governance
- Drive execution, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
- Lead RAID management (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions)
- Establish Agile or hybrid delivery cadence and release planning
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and post-launch support
- Track performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation
### Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–15 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation in financial services
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of governance and risk frameworks
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
Additional Information:
- Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
- Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
- Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
