Used Cars B2B Project Manager

Moller Auto Baltic has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven used car market expert with a strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management, ready to build lasting partnerships and drive business growth to join our dynamic team as a Used Cars B2B Project Manager .

In this key role you will be responsible for developing and managing B2B purchasing activities, strengthening cooperation with key partners. The position will play an important role in ensuring a structured and efficient approach to used car sourcing and partner engagement across the region.

🤝 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- develop and maintain long-term relationships with fleet partners across Lithuania and the EU, proactively identify and acquire new business clients
- represent Moller Auto and manage used car sourcing and sales activities with business clients
- manage and measure profit margin of purchases to ensure they are within the company’s KPI’s
- prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and conclude sales agreements
- collect, structure, classify, and analyze information, and prepare reports
- monitor and analyze customer and competitor behavior in the automotive sales market

- have good understanding and practical work experience in cars business
- are good in both purchasing and selling cars
- have experience in B2B sales and building long-term client relationships
- have ability to think business and oversee co-related processes
- are able to work in an international diverse environment
- have ability to plan, organize, manage and follow through on multiple assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely, effective and professional manner
- have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of German and Russian languages would be a great advantage)
