What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Actively promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness within the retail space
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reporting on daily sales activities and achievement of sales targets
- Support the wider retail team with other duties as required
Must-Have:
- Secondary education or higher
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling cash transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Physically able to perform merchandising activities and stand for extended periods
