About this role

Main Responsibilities

Analytics & Tracking:

- Own the setup, governance, and continuous improvement of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) across our properties.

- Ensure accurate tracking, data quality, and event taxonomy so that stakeholders can rely on our reporting.

- Collaborate with developers and marketers to implement and QA new tags, events, and conversions.

Performance Reporting & Dashboards:

- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI) that provide clear, actionable insights.

- Translate complex data into concise narratives and recommendations for marketing and sales, and leadership.

- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI, ROAS) and proactively highlight risks, and opportunities.

Paid Media Analytics & Audience Management:

- Partner with paid media specialists to define, build, and maintain key audiences for acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns.

- Support campaign measurement, attribution, and testing to optimize performance and budget allocation.

SEO & Organic Performance:

- Conduct keyword gap and performance analyses using analytics and SEO tools.

- Use data and business intelligence to inform on-site and off-site SEO strategy, content priorities, and technical improvements.

- Provide regular reporting on organic search performance and recommendations to improve visibility and conversions.

CRM & Salesforce Reporting Support:

- Support the team with Salesforce reports and dashboards to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Data Quality, Compliance & Best Practices

- Champion data quality, consistency, and documentation across marketing analytics.

- Support adherence to privacy, consent, and tracking regulations in collaboration with legal/IT as needed.

Main Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data/analytics, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).

- Experience:Proven hands-on experience in a digital marketing analytics or marketing performance role.

- Analytics Tools: Strong practical experience with Google Analytics (ideally GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio / Data Studio.

- SEO: Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices and how to measure their impact.

- Data Skills: Comfortable working with large datasets, segmenting audiences, and performing basic analysis in Excel/Sheets or similar tools.

- Communication: Ability to explain complex metrics and findings in clear, non-technical language to stakeholders at all levels.
