Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfilment team in Multan and drive efficient day-to-day operations.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor daily client shipment requirements and resolve delivery-affecting issues in real time to protect SLA commitments.
- Plan daily vehicle-route assignments and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to guarantee vehicle availability and on-time dispatch.
- Supervise up to 10 dispatch coordinators/drivers, setting daily targets and holding the team accountable for on-time performance.
- Track dispatch KPIs (on-time %, vehicle utilization, turnaround time), flag deviations, and roll out fixes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or fulfilment operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
