3.Experience with HTML 5/ CSS3
4.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
15.Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
16.Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
21.Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE.
