About this role
For our store in Verona, we are looking for you as Sales Assistant 20 hrs (m/f/x) on a fixed term contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
- Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
Your Profile
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluent in Italian, English is advantageous
