Job Description
- The purpose of this role is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
- Perform daily processing in payment operation
- Handle queries relating to payment processing
- Handle payment investigations & verifications
- Reconciliation of accounts for payment processing
- Document check in line with FX regulation
- Support/Engage the project
Qualifications
- Good in spoken and written English and Korean
- Working in Operations or similar area for around 3 years
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of overall banking/operation procedure
- Teamwork/customer service oriented attitude
