About this role
Accountabilities:
- Architect end-to-end, orchestrated AI agent workflows designed to transform consumer-facing digital experiences and complex internal client operations.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery, research, strategy, and requirements gathering through validation, design, technology delivery, and launch.
- Translate complex business requirements and emerging AI capabilities into clear product strategies, compelling narratives, and measurable business outcomes for senior executives.
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnership teams to establish direction, iterate on solutions, and validate technical feasibility.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, design, and technology while creating a collaborative and fast-paced delivery environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during client engagements, applying strong agency and consulting discipline to complex product challenges.
- Build close partnerships with senior client stakeholders, balancing business requirements and operational logic with user needs, goals, and experiences.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies to develop practical solutions that move beyond experimentation and into real-world implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within a digital agency, consulting, or similarly client-focused environment.
- Deep product management or product ownership experience, with a track record of shipping large-scale, consumer-facing digital products across web, mobile applications, CMS, or enterprise platforms.
- Practical, applied experience with modern AI technologies, including agentic design, AI governance, workflow transformation, and AI-powered product development.
- Demonstrated ability to take AI concepts from experimentation or proof-of-concept stages through production, launch, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of the differences between deterministic and probabilistic systems, including how to design effective products and workflows around these characteristics.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of cloud and large language model ecosystems, including Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agents, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to bridge strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and technical problem solving.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical and AI concepts to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and the ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, design, engineering, delivery, marketing, and client-facing functions.
- Strong business judgment, product thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
